I would like to clarify my question on the tube jigs.Instead of the eye that you tie onto coming out at 90 degrees it comes out at approx. 60 degrees at the jig head. Also (another dumb question). What is wacky wormin? My grandson (10 yrs.)and I would like to know.
Thanks again

- Questions refer: AlSenkos / Tube Jigs
Hello,
The AlSenkos are used primarily on a dropshot rig, and also for wacky wormin'. We do not offer any jigs with eyes yet. I will send your request to our jig supplier. Thanks for the interest!

Great website, discovered it while looking at Ebay.Never heard of the Alsenko, but it sounds interesting. How is it rigged and fished? Most of my fishing is done on Lake St.Clair Michigan, the Detroit River and Ontario,Canada.Specifically for Smallies and Walleye.Any info would be appreciated.Currently we are using tube baits. Will also be expanding the fishing territory to include farm ponds and small reservoirs in Ohio and Indiana. My next question is.Do you make any tube jig heads with 60 degree eyes? I really like your website. That's the best selection of colors I've seen yet. Message Added on 04/03/2003 at 11:04

- What a variety
I haven't had a chance to get out this season, for it's just not quite there yet. From what I've seen in the color varieties offered, I found myself wanting (needing) every variation that is offered. Prior to seeing the website, I have pondered specific mixes of colors that I haven't been able to find at your regular retail shops. Al's got 'em all. I have recently purchased a decent variety and can't wait to try them. Will have to insure the boss (AKA my wife) doesn't know about this....
Keep up the great work!!!

Al's stuff is great... real soft and any color you want. Fished maily worms and the trailers last year (big pig and jig guy). Helped in sending me to the Nationals... thanks so much. Looking forward to using the Alsenkos this year.

I fish 4 different tournament trails, Cobra, Triton, Okemah Buddy Bass, and Prague Bassclub. The Triton and Cobra are the largest, with Triton drawing somewhere between 300-400 teams per tournament from about 4-5 different states. I'm going to order some of your baits and try them; however, if you would like to do a sponsor type thing, I would be glad to promote your product(if it works). Let me know. P.S. I'm the Lincoln County Treasurer here in Oklahoma and a retired Army NCO, so I promise I'm not some nut. I also have recorded a CD of 10 of my original songs and have signed a songwriters contract with Woodside publishing in Del City OK. But I love to fish, so if your bait is good, we can work something out. Thanks.

- Al's Worms
Sorry for the blank post, accidently pressed enter. I just wanted to take a minute to express my feelings about Al's Worms......unbeatable! A friend of mine here in Florida recently gave me a few of these baits to try. I tied on a 8-inch Hawg Caller in "Bull Frog" and immediately started catching quality fish. The biggest weighing close to 6 pounds! I plan on using Al's Worms for the rest of fishing trips, believe me when I say...."Don't Leave Home Without 'Em!" Message Added on 06/10/2002 at 17:51

- Saltwater Plastics on Ebay
For anyone who does some saltwater fishing, check out some of alsworms auctions on Ebay. The shrimp jigs are unbeatable. Did some fishing recently in Ney Smyrna Beach Fl, and the Redfish absolutely loved 'em. In our local lake they're a perfect match for a drop-shot rig. Seriously, grab a some while they're still listing them! Message Added on 20/09/2002 at 21:38

Just bought a couple of packs of Chris's Alsenkos, You've got to try some in "mudslide," Bass love 'em here in Florida! Incredible Action and half the cost of Yamamoto's. Can't go wrong! Message Added on 20/09/2002 at 13:02

- Senko Opinion
Well I have found that they don't sink like a Yamamoto, but I catch more fish with Al's. I think the action is better and they don't tear like a Yamamoto. I use strictly hanpoured senkos now. If anyone interested I have several hundred Yamamoto's I can sell real cheap. They won't get used so its a waste of time for me to have them. Jus email me for colors. Most of what I have are watermelon varieties.

- ALSENKOS ARE THE BEST!
After a long time fishing Yamamato Senkos, I hesitantly tried the Alsenkos. All this talk about handpoured senkos not being as good is a load of crap! Anything made by Al's Worms is great, but these baits are just awesome. I am catching fish 3 to 1 over what is called "The Original". In fact, our team took second in an 84-team tournament last week and we used nothing but 4 inch Alsenkos. I hope people read this message because Al deserves a pat on the back. I know I won't use anything but Al's Worms. THANKS!! Message Added on 19/07/2002 at 16:21
